Domain names should be purchased from Cloud Genius Domain Names. This ensures that the Domain Name System (DNS) management has all the required features. It may be possible to use other registrars but this may cause you to incur extra costs as many of them do not have all the facilities requires.
Design of the Web pages
If you have an idea for how you would like to have your new website look, then we will try to match it. This may be a sketch for how you would like it to be, or it could be ‘I like that site, please get me something that matches’. The beauty of using a Content Management System is that once the template is set up correctly it is really easy for you to add new pages. The new pages will match the look and feel of the template automatically. Result: a beautiful, consistent, professional-looking website that is simple to manage.
SEO/Getting your pages ranked
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is about getting your website to work for you and your company/charity. What is the point of a website if no-one can find it? The content management system we use automatically gives really good rankings on our websites. We also use a few plug-ins that improve the situation for free. There are, however, paid solutions that can help even further – these include Google Adwords. We can give help and advice on these. How many new clients/donors would you need to recoup the cost of your website? Normally only a few.
Copy Writing
The standard prices do not include the cost of writing copy for your site. You can provide your own, or request a quote.
Graphics, Logos and so on
You may source your own. Alternatively, we can provide you with the name of graphic design artists.
